Availability
Please Note the Following:
- All items are subject to availability
- You will be informed ASAP if the goods you have ordered are not available
- We have a physical store which shares the stock inventory so if an item in our physical store is purchased and sold at a similar time an order for the item online is processed then the online item will not be available. In this case we will inform you as soon as possible and do our best to fulfil the order, cancel the order or help in any other way we can.
- Some products are only available to customers in New Zealand due to shipping restrictions. (This will be specified in the description of the product page).
Cancellation of Order
Cancellation of order must be made immediately. If your goods have already been shipped please follow our return policy below.
Note: If you choose to cancel your order & have paid with credit card or AfterPay, there will be a 10% processing fee.
Return Policy
The team at SuperUtes Outdoors have carefully selected products featured on the website that are high quality and popular within the store from both customers & employees. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase or the product is faulty, then it must be returned to us within 7 days of purchase for an exchange/credit note.

You need to inform SuperUtes Outdoors staff of the return, as some returns may not be valid.
i.e 7 Days after purchase date, sale items etc.
Also facebook & instagram messages can easily be missed, emails are not always 100% either as a form of contact, as spam can redirect them if you have never contacted the company before.
SuperUtes Outdoors Conditions of Return:
- Clearance & sale items cannot be returned or refunded (so please choose carefully)
- Change of mind is not a valid for of return
- Items to be returned within 7 days of purchase
- Items must be in new condition
- Items to be unused
- Items to be in original packaging
- A credit in shop will be given once we have received and checked the product, then you will be contacted by the SuperUtes Outdoors team via email/phone to confirm your store credit.
- All shipping charges associated with the return of the product will be the responsibility of the customer.
- SuperUtes Outdoors reserves the right to reject returns outside the 7 day return period, or items which are returned that are not in new condition/used and/or original packaging.
- If you choose to cancel/return your order & have paid with credit card or AfterPay, there will be a 10% processing fee.

Faulty or Damaged Good
In the unusual event your item is damaged or if you suspect your parcel may be damaged in transit we recommend that you write STI (subject to inspection) beside your signature and then contact us immediately so that we can contact our courier company.
